By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process your inputs and answers to generate your book content
• Store your content on our servers
• Use AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic) to generate content on your behalf
• Display your content back to you through the Service

This license exists solely to provide the Service to you and terminates when you delete your content or account.

3.3 Content Privacy

Your book content is private by default. You may optionally share preview links with others, in which case:

• Shared content is published anonymously (without your personal information)
• You control which content is shared via the Service settings
• You can revoke sharing access at any time

4. Payments and Pricing

4.3 Payment Plan Terms

If you select a Payment Plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method monthly for 3 consecutive months
• Failure to pay any installment may result in suspension of access to premium features
• You retain access to previously generated content even if payments fail
• Completing all 3 payments grants permanent access to all package features

4.4 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing purchases or active payment plans, but will apply to future purchases.

4.5 Taxes

Prices listed do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, or other taxes that may apply based on your location.

We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 15 days of your purchase date.
